Caiji of Kavyasree 20-22

 Reached school , as i had only afternoon class completed some more lesson plans. In the fourth hour the security uncle informed us that a competition is going to be held around 12:30 . He asked us to occupy in the laboratory for the time being as the competition will be conducted in the room we occupied. Shift to the lab was quick as it was near by ,the first thing probably all noticed was the skeleton 😂 kept inside the cupboard. The room was dusty but fan and light system were good. After lunch i had to attend 9c. The class went well. As i returned two 7th standard students came and asked if I can occupy the period as it was free for them. Without any hesitation i said an yes and with my lap went along. Students were already busy with some practice when enquired got to know that they were practicing a skit for a competition. 

 Today due to traffic block reached school by 9:5 am ,as i entered few of my companions were already there. I had only one hour today that too afternoon. I kept my bags aside and started going through the portions I had to take today.  After first hour i got to know that there were two consecutive Malayalam periods in 9 b . Since I needed one extra hour i happily took the hour and finished off one more  After serving the midday meal i contacted Deepa teacher to get the portable projector for  9C. With kavitha's help i got some photographs for the blog. Second last hour got to know that there was a pta meeting for 10 th standard students. It was a different feeling to witness it as a teacher. It reminded me of the days my parents visited my school to see my report card. Last hour was free for 9b so i headed with uthara chechi to once again try connecting the projector.  So it's Friday end of the week. Reached by 9:00, i only had one hour that too in the afternoon. I utilised the morning hours to complete my lp. By 11 :45 it suddenly started raining,since we were provided an open space with sheet roofing the raindrops were making powerful noise. The dancing winds sprinkle of droplets too accompanied us in lp writing 😆. When it turn out to be downpour I made sure to wait till the sky is cleared to resume writing. After lunch i went to 9c, tried to switch on the projector but sadly it didn't work I still managed to take the class by showing the prepared ppt on my laptop

 Today reached by 8:55 . After prayer and pledge i engaged in lesson plan completion.I begun my class soon after they settled down. I managed to complete my lesson plan smoothly. Students were energetic and responded well. Groups were divided and names were assigned . Discourse was given to which they participated well. After the class as i came back to my assigned hall . An unfamiliar face (who happens to be a sir )came in and interacted with us . He was a former Mttc student teacher. He enquired about principal sir and the teachers and asked us to send his regards. Sir then handed over few drawings which were posters that children made as part of world population day. We were asked to pick 1st 2nd and 3rd as per our valuation . I went through the posters , it was hard for me to pick 3 but finally i choose the best 3 and handed over it to sir.  Today 13/07/22 off to our respective schools for the intense teaching practice session. Reached school at sharp 9 am . After signing the Attendence register headed to the space allotted for us. I went through the timetable to make sure the period i had . While I reached my class I had planned to introduce myself and get to know the students since it's my very first session with them. As i entered the class students greeted me , then asked each one to introduce themselves. One interesting part was the variety of hobbies they had ,it did amuse me that there were a bunch who had talent in gymnastics, kalaripayattu , cooking and so on After the class it was time for lunch. St.thomas student teachers had the duty to serve the midday meal ,i watched from afar the way students got in line to get the food . I even captured few smiles who were enthusiastically talking and having the meal .

  Today I reached the college and corrected my lp and other teaching aids  A fter the lesson plan correction and a small prayer session we all were prepared and eagerly waiting for our final internship practice. I am very excited 😄
